Introduction
Our
Annual General Meeting will be Monday, May 31 at our Hall in
Tichborne #11618 on Highway 38). We have a Pot Luck at 6:00 P.M.
followed by a general meeting at 7:00 P.M. finishing by 9:00 P.M. At the
general meeting we’ll review the past year’s events, get a financial report,
discuss projects for the coming year, hear from the play reading committee
for possible future productions, and elect replacements for the executive. All
are invited to attend the Pot Luck and meeting (the Pot Luck alone is worth
the drive). You don’t need to be a member to attend. Positions
becoming available on the executive are: President, Treasurer, Student rep, 2
members-at-large. If you’re interested or have questions please contact Sarah
Hale 613-335-2073. Don’t
forget to bring your own plate(s), and cutlery for the pot luck. We have cups
available. And of course, ye olde Out House is still functioning. Check
out the exterior of the Hall: new soffit, fascia and eavestroughing. Play
